Shipping & Returns

**If you would like to return or exchange an item, please send the items back to us along with the original invoice/packing slip. You may want to make a copy of this invoice for your records. Be sure to include a note with your phone number, a brief summary as to why you are returning or exchanging the merchandise (doesn’t fit, etc.). Exchanges will be subject to additional shipping charges. Shipping charges will not be refunded for returned items. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and should not be washed or worn. Please mail merchandise along with your note to the following address:

**Your order will ship within 7 days. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of domestic orders, and 2-4 weeks for international orders. If you do not receive your item(s) within this time frame, one or some of your items may have been backordered, in which case we will contact you via email.

**Occasionally, packages get lost in the mail. If you do not receive your package and we do not hear from you within 60 days of your order, we will not issue a credit to your account or re-ship the package. We must hear from you within the 60 day time frame in order to take care of the situation. If you have not recieved your package within the given time period, please email us through our contact page.

**If you live outside of the US and are placing an order for over $100, please pay with PayPal. If you choose to pay with a credit card, we may contact you to request PayPal payment.
