Q: Who do I contact if I have a question about my order?

A: - We read all emails that are sent to this address, however, due to the high volume of emails we receive, please give us at least 24 hours to look into your situation and respond. Also, when you do inquire about an order, make sure to include as much information as possible (full name, phone number, order reference).

Q: Who do I contact if I would like to make a change to my order?
A: - We read all emails that are sent to this address, however, due to the high volume of emails we receive, please give us at least 24 hours to look into your situation and respond. Also, when you do inquire about an order, make sure to include as much information as possible (full name, phone number, order reference).
Q: Can I return an item for a refund or exchange?
A: Yes, you can and here’s how:

Items can be returned for a full refund within two weeks of delivery date (shipping not refunded). Items can be exchanged within one month of delivery date (extra shipping required). Send the items you would like to return or exchange back to us along with the original invoice/packing slip. You may want to make a copy of this invoice for your records. Be sure to include a note with your phone number, a brief summary as to why you are returning or exchanging the merchandise (doesn’t fit, etc.). Exchanges may be subject to additional shipping charges. Shipping charges will not be refunded for returned items. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and should not be washed or worn. Please mail merchandise along with your note to the following address:

Q: How do you handle backorders?

If you order an item from the sale section and we do not have it in stock, we will cancel that item and ship the rest of your order. If you order an item at regular price and we are out of stock, we will contact you via email to discuss your options.


Q: How soon will my order ship and how long will it be before I receive it?

A: Please allow up to three business days to process your order. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of domestic orders, and 2-4 weeks for international orders. If you do not receive your item(s) within this time frame, one or some of your items may have been backordered, in which case we will contact you via email.

Occasionally, packages get lost in the mail. If you do not receive your package and we do not hear from you within 60 days of your order, we will not issue a credit to your account or re-ship the package. We must hear from you within the 60 day time frame in order to take care of the situation. If you have not recieved your package within the given time period, please email .

Q: Why am I being asked to pay with PayPal when I provided a credit card number?

A: If you live outside of the US and are placing an order for over $100, please pay with PayPal. If you choose to pay with a credit card, we may contact you to request PayPal payment.

Q: What are your sizes comparable to?
A: Our shirt sizes are comparable to Hanes T-Shirt sizes. The "girl’s" and "baby doll" sizes are smaller than a Small t-shirt. They compare closely to a small Gap scoopneck 50/50 shirt. Please see our size chart for general sizing information. We cannot guarantee that these measurements are 100% accurate as brands may vary.
