Disc 1 of this DVD set includes the live concert at London's Brixton Academy that was recorded on November 3, 2002 where the band performed Flash, Wonderboy, Explosivo, Medley, Karate, Kyle Quit the Band, Friendship, Kielbasa, Dio, The Road, The Cosmis Shame, FHG, Tribute, Rock Your Socks, and Double Team. Also included are a few HBO episodes that chronicle the band's early years (The Search for Inspirado, Angel in Disguise, Death of a Dream, The Greatest Song in the World, The Fan
Road Gig).
Disc 2 includes footage of the band in the studio as well as on the road. Also contains a few HBO Short Films (JB's BJ, Rock Star Sperm for Sale, and Butt Baby), a few of the band's TV appearances (MADTV, Crank Yankers, and Late Night with Conan O'Brien) as well as music videos of Tribute, Wonderboy, and FHG.

This is a 2 disc DVD with over three hours of footage including a one hour plus documentary, the entire 2007 concert at the sold-out Moore Theater in Seattle, WA, as well as some of the band's T.V. performances and a couple of music videos.
